Type "command prompt" in the search box and click "open file location”
the path of the roaming profile on the NAS server is displayed.

Resolution
Edit the folder redirection policy to turn off redirection for the AppData (Roaming) folder.
1. Open Citrix Studio.
2. Click on "Policies" in the left-hand pane.
3. Select a policy from the right side and click "Edit".
4.Select "Redirection settings for AppData(Roaming)", set to "Disabled".
5. Apply the edited policy to the VDA.
