Description

After rebooting StoreFront server, "Citrix Default Domain Services" service is going into Stopped state.

Resolution

Before rebooting the StoreFront server, ensure the AD Domain is up and running.

Problem Cause

"Citrix Default Domain Services" service performs the low-level authentication, password change and AD query operations.
If the AD Domain is down while rebooting the StoreFront server, this service will not start.
