How to re-register device profile on Citrix Cloud ADM for the Citrix cloud hosted Netscalers

Steps to Re-register device profile:1. Launch ADM Interface by visiting the Citrix Cloud Portal (cloud.citrix.com) and click on ADM tile.
a. If you do not see the service onboarded, onboard the ADM. For details, see Getting started.
2. Go to Infrastructure > Instances > Citrix ADC
a. Select all instances which have host name prefixed with ‘adaptive-auth-’ and click on remove
b. In same page, select ‘Profiles’ in ‘Select Action’ dropdown. You’ll be taken to Profiles List.
c. Select device profile which has ‘hosted-gateway’ prefix. Click on edit and change the password to a new one.
d. Remember/Save the password and device profile name. You’ll need it in later steps.
3. Access the Primary Instance of Adaptive Authentication and run below command:
a. unset ha node -hastatus
b. set system user authadmin -password <PASSWORD from Step #2.d above>
c. savec
4. Access the Secondary instance of Adaptive Authentication and run below command:
a. unset ha node -hastatus
b. savec
5. Go back to ADM Interface (as in Step #1)
6. Click on Infrastructure Link. Go to agents and click on ‘Generate activation code’. This will take to a new page showing URL and activation code
a. Copy URL and activation code. These along with profile name (saved in Step #2.d) would be needed in next step.
7. Go back to Primary Instance of Adaptive Authentication and type below commands:
a. shell
b. /var/mastools/scripts/mastools_init.sh <device-profile-name from Step #2.d above> <URL from Step #6.a above > <activation_code from Step #6.a above > -profile
8. Wait for this command to complete.
9. Go back to ADM and ensure that instances are present. You may need to click on refresh in instances screen in ADM to see instances
