Description
DaaS Monitor shows IP address of ISP under Citrix Cloud --> Monitor --> Filters --> Connections-> Launched via (IP) or in Session Details.
You can see same output for this command on Cloud Connector
Get-BrokerSession | Select LaunchedViaIP
Launch via IP should display IP address of the Storefront server if on premise Storefront server and on premise Gateway are used.
Resolution
Citrix is working on a product enhancement request (BRK-15653) to address this issue.
Problem Cause
This is a known issue.
