Description
After upgrading to VDA 2308, when a user logs on, they receive a windows message stating: "You'll need a new app to open this ctxgeoloc link". 
Resolution
This is a current known issue that only impacts VDA version 2308.
Our team is working on getting this fixed in future releases. Expected release to have this fix will be 2311.
There are currently no workarounds if you are using a server OS.
However, if you are using a desktop OS such as Windows 10 and Windows 11, you can disable the location policy which should get you past this issue. (https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/policies/reference/ica-policy-settings/client-sensors-policy-settings)
