Unable to launch the Desktop with Rendezvous Protocol enabled. Getting error as "Published Resource is not available currently. Contact your system admin for further assistance."

1. Add PoP to the zScaler's exclusion list.
   • For example: aws-in-w-rdvz.g.nssvc.net   .nssvc.net

Note: The Wireshark logs provide information about the PoPs that are used for communication.

Problem Cause

During the launch, the EDT Rendezvous call, PrepareRendezvousSession will initate a DTLS ClientHello to Netscaler Gateway Service (NGS) but it won't receive the ServerHello sent by NGS in order for the DTLS connection. After waiting for 20 seconds (CGP Handshake Read timeout) the VDA would close the connection
