Description

  • Fail to enumerate resource with "Cannot complete your request "error after configure SAML 
  • All users have the same issue 
  • Issue happen after click "detect Workspace" on Storefront web 

Resolution

  • Make sure Callback URL FQDN configured on Storefront server can be correctly resolved to ADC Virtual Server IP address (choose one Method below )
      1.Add host record on every Storefront Server to match the Callback URL FQDN with ADC virtual Server IP address
      or
      2.Add DNS record on DNS server to match the Callback URL FQDN with ADC virtual Server IP address

Problem Cause

  • Callback URL configured cannot be resolved on Storefront server. 
  • Event ID 3/8/10 error happen on Storefront Server event viewer
