Description

In general we have seen two issues with the beta releases from Apple for Sonoma and iOS 17.  So if the versions prior to 23.09.1 of the Citrix Secure Access and SSO apps are used with MacOS Sonoma and iOS/iPadOS 17, then the following issues would be seen:

  • Apps will not be able to generate the log files on the newer OS versions of Apple for both Mac and iOS/iPadOS.
  • There will be connection failures if self-signed certificates are used to establish a VPN connection.

Resolution

Before updating Mac to MacOS Sonoma and iPhone/iPads to iOS/iPadOS 17, we recommend to update the Citrix Secure Access for MacOS and Citrix SSO for iOS to 23.09.1.
