VDA launch may stuck at "Please wait for local session manager" after VDA 2303 or later
Resolution
CtxGfx.exe went from running as System in versions 2212 and earlier to running as the user in 2303.
This may prevent loading of graphics in certain environments.
Below key should be added to the VDA.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\citrix\Graphics]
"PermitRunAsLocalSystem"=dword:00000001
No reboot is required.
Problem Cause
ctxgfx runs as local user instead of system
