Description
The security updates alert is shown after logging into the NetScaler GUI.
Resolution
In order to not see the Security Updates Alert in the NetScaler GUI, proceed to disable CUXIP in NetScaler GUI: System > Settings > Configure CUXIP (Pendo) Settings.
Problem Cause
Customer User Experience Improvement Program (CUXIP) feature is enabled in NetScaler GUI: System > Settings > Configure CUXIP (Pendo) Settings.
If CUXIP is enabled, the client (browser) obtains related content from Pendo side and security updates alert will be shown in NetScaler GUI.
