ADM collector metric services  (port 5563) <adm_metric_collector_svc_ADM_IP> is down on the VPX

Resolution

  1. Login to the NS GUI from browser
  2. Enabled Appflow parameter for Time series Data over NSIP from Global Appflow Setting.

  1. Run Below command from CLI to configure this feature, which brings the collector service as UP.
 
set appflow param -TimeseriesOverNSIP ENABLED

Problem Cause

Time series collector service(adm_metric_collector_svc_ADM_IP) showing DOWN as
No SNIP configured for the in ADM server subnet

Error "No MIP/SNIP available to send the monitor probe"

 

Only NSIP is in  ADM server subnet and reachable soi we are forcing the ADC to send the probe for ADM via NSIP.
