Customer has marked certain applications as favorite. Due to self-service plugin, these are being highlighted in control panel->under programs apps and features as "delivered by Citrix".

This is an expected behavior when you add applications into favourites in workspace app.

If you remove the applications from the list in workspace app, applications will be removed from the list of programs (Control Panel).

The same behavior can be observed on the client machine or VDA with the Citrix Workspace App installed.
