Make sure that Monitor Data collection is enabled.

1. Check: Get-MonitorConfiguration and check the DataCollectionEnabled value.

• If it is disabled (Value is False) - enable it using cmdlet: Set-MonitorConfiguration -DataCollectionEnabled $True

Note: Try this on one of the DDC(s) with the errors.

This is a Site setting. There is no need to set it on all Controllers. When you enable it on one of the controllers, reaload the settings on the other controllers using: Get-MonitorConfiguration

Problem Cause

Logon Performance data is not available on Director. If the error: Data source cannot be found CTX130320 appears on Director, it is helpful to check if DataCollectionEnabled is set to $True on the DDC(s).
