Resolution

[Option 1]
Navigate to the $HOME/.ICAClient/wfclient.ini configuration file

replace IgnoreErrors=9,15 with IgnoreErrors=9,15,32.

Root: /opt/Citrix/ICAClient/wfclient.ini
User: $HOME/.ICAClient/wfclient.ini

If the $HOME/.ICAClient/wfclient.ini file does not exist,

wfica creates it by copying $ICAROOT/config/wfclient.template.

When change this template file, the changes are applied to all the Citrix Workspace app users.

Using “chmod 777” command to get write permission of the configuration file.
Using “vi” command to edit the configuration file.
