• Fail to add ADC URL into Citrix Workspace APP with "Http Error"
• Error message "Your account cannot be added using this Server Address. Make Sure you Entered it correctly"

• Both Citrix Workspace APP for Windows and for Linux have the same issue
• Only cannot add ADC URL, if directly add Storefront URL with HTTPS, it works fine

1. Create a new session policy for Citrix Workspace app-based access.

Problem Cause

• Only create a session policy for web browser-based access, not for Workspace app-based.
