Resolution

a. Downgrade Edge to version 114

b. Run Edge with msedge.exe --disable-features=msSsoByHttpDefer

   Start Edge by running [msedge.exe --disable-features=msSsoByHttpDefer] from [Start] - [Run].
* This is a method to start Edge while disabling the function that is the cause.
 

Problem Cause

This is due to the effects of features updated in Edge 115, and is an Edge-specific symptom.
