This article describes how to check port connectivity between NetScaler SNIP and VDA over TCP 2598 or 1494 by LB service.

Instructions

1. Creating Load Balancing TCP services for <VDA_IP>:Port. 

2. The status of the connectivity can be determined by monitoring the service's status, which is indicated as either "up" or "down".

Config Sample in NS CLI:

>add server <server_name> <server_IP>
>add service VDA_2598 <server name> TCP 2598 
>add service VDA_1494 <server name> TCP 1494 

>show service VDA_2598
>show service VDA_1494
