+ Getting prompt while logging on to HTML 5 enabled storefront page, as their end users do not use multimonitor, camera, microphone(The users are HTML5 Users):

++ Changed configuration.js file in storefront server under the location: C:\Program files\Citrix\Receiver storefront\HTML5 Client
[Important Note: Before doing any changes on any configuration file take a backup of configuration file as well as snapshot of storefront servers.]
++ To disable multimonitor prompt we set the truemmsupportforhtml5=false:
++To disable microphone access we set the adaptive audio =false:
++To disable camera access we set video 'enable'=false:
After applying these config files on all storefront servers customer confirmed the issue is resolved
Resolution
Modify the Default parameters in configuration.js file of HTML 5 receiver.
Problem Cause
Default set parameters in config file were causing prompts to occur on screen when access the store URL.Additional Information
