Adding machine to a MCS machine catalog failed with error:
Domain\Machinename$: Failed to Create Domain\Machinename$ because the Account Name was not found

Resolution
Shutdown the domain controller that is out of work and then restart all the DDCs
Problem Cause
One of the domain controllers is out of work
CDF trace: Error,"Resolving the account Names using DnsCrackNames Failed with error System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): RPC server is unavailable。
