MCS deploy machine (arm template only) with azure monitor agent installed has no monitor data.

Resolution

  1. edit resource template,add the following field.
"identity": {

                 "type": "SystemAssigned"

             },

Note：
 
  1. If problem occurs after edit template, please restore default settings.
  2. Test the edited template before applying to product environment.

Problem Cause

Identity field is mandatory for the data to start streaming
