Citrix License Server randomly show unavailable on Studio Licensing Panel .
Click Refresh 5 times on Studio Licensing Panel , it may show 3 times Citrix License Server unavailable error.

Change license server from ip:27000 to FQDN:27000 in Citrix Studio Licensing page
