Unable to Add new Controller to an existing site

Description
When trying to join new controller to existing site, you receive the error "Permission to perform the operation was denied".
Resolution
Add the administrator user account being used to perform this task to "Administrators" in Citrix Studio which is under Configuration.
Problem Cause
The administrator account being used was not listed as an administrator for Virtual Apps/Virtual Desktops site in Citrix Studio.
