Description

  • When running the VDA  health check on machine catalog, we are presented with below error:

  • When viewing report from the failed result, we get the below error:

Resolution

  1. Restart the services mentioned in the report on VDA and see if that fixes the issue
  2. Verify if there is an RPC service policy configured in the environment through Default domain policy or from an OU which can be determined by:
    • Run RSOP on the affected machine > add everyone permission to the policy > Run Gpupdate /force on the VDA  > re-run the health check on cloud and results should display no errors
