• On CVAD 2203 CU2, you followed https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/profile-management/current-release/configure/enable-the-onedrive-container.html to configure OneDrive Container with Citrix Profile Management but it does not work. The Policy was applied via Citrix Active Directory GPO.

• When a user launches OneDrive, the user gets the below error "Your OneDrive folder can't be created in the location you selected.” OneDrive VHDX is not getting created in c:\users\usename. It does not let you select any other folder inside c:\users\Usename either when you click "Change Location"

• The issue is not seen when using OneDrive containers with FSLogix.

• OneDrive Containers are supported with Citrix Profile Management on CVAD 2206 and above. Upgraded to CVAD 2305 and OneDrive issue was resolved.
• Starting with Citrix Profile Management 2206, if you use the container-based solution, OneDrive folders roam with users by default. However, if you want to roam OneDrive folders using a separate container, you can also enable the OneDrive container.
