Resolution
Unlock service account in Active Directory
Problem Cause
Unable to contact the SQL Server Database due to service account being locked out in Active Directory.Issue/Introduction
Verify functionality of service account used to contact the PVS database. Failure to connect to the database will cause management console to fail to open.
