Snapshot not Found During MCS Catalog Upgrade

Description
During the MCS catalog upgrade wizard, after choosing master image template snapshot, it throws error "snapshot not found."
Resolution
- Rename snapshot name to English
Problem Cause
Snapshot name contains Chinese language characters.
