Unable to install Citrix FAS 2209 on Microsoft server 2019 with error message : Error ID: XDMI:EA63CDB6 - Object reference not set to an instance of an object
Resolution
Rebuild Performance Counters with LODCTR from an elevated command prompt.
• Launch Command Prompt as Administrator (right click Runs As Administrator).
• Drop into the C:\WINDOWS\System32 directory by typing CD\ then CD Windows\System32
• To rebuild your resource counters type the following command: lodctr /r
• This will rebuild your counter values and may take a few moments so please be patient.
• Once the rebuilding operation is done, close the command prompt.
• Restart the Citrix Desktop Service on the server where you have rebuild the counters.
However, third party counters like these may be missing after you rebuild the Windows counters. Individual application counters may need to be rebuilt using the steps from the vendors as well.

Problem Cause
In MSI file, we can see the "Error installing UcsPerformanceCounters Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index '' was read from the registry.
