Store Creation Fails with "Set-DSNewClusterEnvironment" privilege related errors

The below error occured when the user is creating new stores on the Storefront server:

Resolution
Disable the "User Rights Assignment” in the domain which prohibits the execution of necessary Storefront powershell commands during store creation.
Problem Cause
The "User Rights Assignment" policy on AD blocks a successful storefront store creation.
