Description
One user fails to logon to remote PC after upgraing VDA from 1912 to 2203CU2:
"You have exceeded the concurrent connection limit. Contact your system administrator"
Resolution
Reboot All DDC Servers one by one, the ghost sessions disappear and issue got resolved.
Problem Cause
Ghost disconnected sessions exist on studio. Actions like rebooting VDA, re-joining Deliver Group, stopping and hiding sessions do not help.
