Server VDA stuck at welcome for 2 minutes without internet access and internal network access ,if allow all network access, the launch time will decrease to about 30s
Resolution
Allow network traffic from VDA to ADFS in Firewall
Problem Cause
Network traffic from VDA to ADFS is blocked on Firewall​
