Load balancing policies causing higher sessions count on specific VDAs

Description
User load balancing is not working well. Users are not equally distributed. For example: One server shows 6 users, and another has 17users - this is causing performance problems.
Resolution
- Disable Load Management policies in Studio
Problem Cause
This is expected behavior when Load management policies are enabled.
The load balancing sessions will go to the machine with the lowest load index.
