Customer wanted to audit NetScaler historical instance syslog in ADM, however could only obtain data within 1 Month in GUI page.


ADM instance syslog data pruning is configured with 90 days, there should have data age greater than 1 Month.
P.S. data pruning configure

1. Go " Infrastructure > Events > Syslog Messages"
2. Click Drop Down and select "Historical Data".
3. Manually customize interested time span and Click Search button

Problem Cause

For syslog messages that age over 1 Month, ADM will move them to "historical data" instead of "Recent Data".
