To be able to create / add VDA or Target machines to the PVS catalog in Studio

Instructions

If the target devices are created using Streamed setup wizard in the Provisioning server (console) then follow the below steps to create / add machines.

1. Create a new hosting connection in the Studio console
2. Choose "Other tools" as PVS does not need any storage or network options to be chosen. 


3. The new hosting connection would like this:



4. Now, create a new catalog by choosing Provisioning bulletin
5. Add or Connect to the PVS server > choose the device collection and continue to Finish.

PVS provisioned machines (Streamed setup wizard) does not need to have any resources or NIC added in the hosting connection under CVAD Studio, as it would have already been created and have references of the NIC & Storage from PVS console.
