Following an NetScaler upgrade, attempting to access the Citrix Gateway index.html page results in a "404 Not Found" error.

To rectify this issue, you can employ one of the following methods:

Method 1: Execute the provided command to create a symbolic link:

ln –s /var/netscaler/logon/LogonPoint/index.html /var/netscaler/logon/themes/<CustomThemeName >/index.html

Method 2: Alternatively, generate a new theme with a name that excludes spaces. Then, associate this freshly created theme with the Gateway Virtual Server.

Problem Cause

There is a "space" character in the customized portal theme name, which leads to the absence of the index.html file under directory "/var/netscaler/logon/themes/<CustomThemeName >/" after NetScaler upgrade.
