• "No license server found at this address" when connect to license server in studio
• Whether use FQDN:27000 or IP:27000 cannot success
• Telnet 27000 from DDC to license server can work
• License server component has already installed on license server 

Upgrade license server to a compatible version with DDC

Problem Cause
