A user1 is in user domain A.com and Published Desktops are in A.B.com
A.com and A.B.com is domain trusted
Both domain has a UPN address for the user, which is all named user1@A.com
Both domain only has cloud connectors in its own domain , that is RL1 means Australia location, RL2 means Japan and HK location,all the VDAs are in RL1, and users may be in RL1 or RL2, user1 is a hk user
User1 in Domain A,com is called A\user1, and B\user1 in domian A.B.com
Desktops in domian A.B.com is alloated to A\user1
When launch citrix cloud with user1@A.com, user can't see published resources, but if launch with A\user1, or add user1@A.com in edit delivery group ->change user,user can see published resources

1. Create a Cloud connector in resource domain and add it into resource locations of VDA physical location which means RL1

Problem Cause

Citrix use user SID to enumerate resources but actually the SID is returned by resource domain which is not allocated with any resource.
