• In a resource location with multiple cloud connectors, some of them show as "disconnected" in Citrix Cloud or the Cloud Dashboard page. 
• Other Connectors do not display the problem. 
• All Cloud Connectors in the same VLAN.
• Cloud Connector Connectivity Check Utility does not detect any problems with the affected connectors.
• Affected connectors can communicate with Citrix Cloud via web browser.

1. Migrate the affected connectors to hypervisor node hosting the working connectors.

Problem Cause

• Hypervisor cluster was hosting the Cloud Connectors on different nodes.
• Affected connectors were in a particular node, whereas non-affected connectors were in a different node.
• Different network restrictions were apparently being applied to the affected nodes.
