Description
Launching published applications hosted on Windows 11 VDAs might show a Windows "Welcome" splash screen instead of the loading porgress bar
Resolution
This is a design behavior, No workaround exists to tweak this. The apparition of the splash screen is related to the order in the graphics start on a single session OS, and Citrix does not have a way around it.
