Description

When database connectivity appears to have been lost with DDC, how many retry attempts are made to reconnect to the database?

Instructions

  1. Every 10 seconds DDC will retry to connect database to restore connection.
  2. After 5 minutes, the broker service reports state "PendingFailure" through the SDK before transitioning to "Failed".
  3. The 5 minutes can be modified through registry:
    • HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Citrix\DesktopServer\DataStore\Connections\Controller\MaxConnectivityLossSecs
    • DWORD  300(secs)(default)
