Error when creating new machine catalog on AWS.
Error message does not provide much information apart from a transaction ID and Action Name: MC_CreateMachineCatalogInitialzation.

Resolution
After checking cloud connectors, not all cloud connectors had the IAM Role.
After assigning the the IAM Role to the cloud connectors, issue was resolved.
