  1. Replace "FooterDispalyContent" with real content you want to display, and then execute the following commands on CLI.
>add rewrite action rw_act_insert_information insert_after_all "HTTP.RES.BODY(120000).SET_TEXT_MODE(IGNORECASE)" "\"var myfooter=$(\'<div></div>\').attr(\'id\',\'myfooter\').appendTo(logonbelt_bottomshadow);myfooter.append(\\\"FooterDispalyContent\\\" ); \"\n\n" -search "text(\".attr(\'id\',\'logonbelt-bottomshadow\');\")"

>add rewrite policy rw_pol_insert_information "HTTP.REQ.URL.CONTAINS(\"gateway_login_view.js\")" rw_act_insert_information           

>bind vpn vserver VserverName -policy rw_pol_insert_information -priority 100 -gotoPriorityExpression END -type RESPONSE
  1. Edit "/var/netscaler/logon/themes/X1_NEW/css/custom.css" file, append the following codes. (X1_NEW is your custom portal theme name)
