Cannot join meeting in Teams guest mode, the application stucks in 'connecting' state

Description
After click 'join' button, Teams stuck on 'connecting ...' process. This issue only occurs for optimized Teams. If disable optimization, issue gone.
Resolution
Uninstall IP Guard as workaround. If cannot uninstall IP Guard, need involve IP Guard to further troubleshooting together.
Problem Cause
According to test result, this issue is related to IP Guard.
