Requirement to get the list of user who are using concurrent licenses for on-prem environment

Currently, it is not possible for concurrent licenses. We can only pull reports on user / device licenses. 

There is no user associated with Concurrent licenses on-prem so getting this information is not currently possible and not on the roadmap for the existing licensing solution.
It should be available for Citrix Cloud however - https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-cloud/citrix-cloud-management/citrix-cloud-on-premises-license-usage.html

In Director you can check the concurrent sessions under trends but if you have both user / device and concurrent licenses being used, then it will show both.
