Description
When connecting DDC through "Citrix Studio", it returns "can't finding Citrix Configuration logging service".
We can also find following error from CDF trace:
"Warning: Rollback transaction TX$GetSchemaVersion: Error 512: Subquery returned more than 1 value. This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <= , >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression."
Resolution
- Backup the database
- Remove the duplicated record in "ConfigLoggingSchema.Version" table of "Citrix<site_name>Logging" database
Problem Cause
The "ConfigLoggingSchema.Version" table of "Citrix<site_name>Logging" database contains duplicated record.
