Description
vDisks are located in NAS storage which is created as failover group.
After storage failover occurs, PVS server loses the connection to the vDisks and does not automatically recover it. Target devices freeze during that time since the vDisk I/O to NAS storage stops.
Resolution
Restart "Citrix PVS Stream Service" by manual. It recovers the connection to NAS storage and vDisk I/O.
Problem Cause
If storage failover occurs, the session to the NAS storage disconnects. PVS server continue to use the disconnected session and doesn't automatically create a new session. To recreate a session from PVS server, "Citrix PVS Stream Service" needs to be restarted.
