workspace cannot find a valid smart card certificate

Description
Workspace App gives error " cannot find a valid smart card certificate". This works via Browser but not via Workspace App.
Resolution
Remove DLL "CivMinidriver64.dll" and reinstall the smart card drivers works, the error does goes away.
Problem Cause
It was discovered that CivMinidriver64.dll was not getting uninstalled.
