It is the fslogix bug according to:

You can try the following steps to fix:
  1. Downgrade fslogix version to 2.9.7838.44263
  2. Add following registry per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/fslogix/reference-configuration-settings?tabs=profiles#roamrecyclebin
    • Registry Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\FSLogix\Apps
    • Value Name: CleanupInvalidSessions
    • Value Type: DWORD
    • Enabled Value: 1
    • Disabled Value: 0 (default)
    • Value Name: RoamRecycleBin
    • Value Type: DWORD
    • Enabled Value: 1 (default)
    • Disabled Value: 0
    • Value Name: VHDCompactDisk
    • Value Type: DWORD
    • Enabled Value: 1 (default)
    • Disabled Value: 0
