We just upgraded our secondary Netscaler to version 13.0-89.7 firmware. The issue we are having is an extra field appeared on the Imprivata ID (2-Factor) page that was not there before. We hadn't upgraded the Primary, yet since this was an issue. Not having this issue on 12.1. Do we need to set up N-Factor or anything special for 13.0-89.7? I know there are requirements with Advanced versus Classic policies going to 13.1. We were under the impression that this was not an issue on 13.0

We have changed the portal theme X1 that the customer had for the RfWebUI which fixed the issue. This happens because the base theme you are using is discontinued in the version and therefore fails, it is recommended to use RBWEBUI in new versions as in this case that is a new version of 13.0 and was moving from an older one to a new one.
