Description
After disabling the hyper-threading, the odd number CPU, example CPU 1,3,5 etc.. consistently shows 100% CPU utilization, the even number CPU is normal.
Resolution
Remove smt=0 from command line in grub.cfg and disable hyperthreading from BIOS
Problem Cause
Hyperthreading was disabled from Xenserver by adding smt=0 from xen command line
