- MCS master image is joined to the Microsoft Workplace
- MCS Catalog creation fails with the error FailedToUnregisterMasterImageFromMdm\r\n

InternalErrorMessage : Removing MDM status information from the master image failed with this error message: UnregisterMdm failed to read enrollment id. Use a master image which is not managed by MDM.

Resolution
- Launch cmd in elevated mode
- Run the command dsregcmd /status to find if the Master image is joined to Workplace. For example,
- If the Device(Master image) is registered on Workplace, Deregister it( Windows settings > Accounts >Access work or school > disconnect the account) and upgrade the machine catalog
Problem Cause
MCS doesn´t support Workplace joined Machines
